Weekly yoga classes

Classes always include pranayama (breath work) and relaxation in addition to classical yoga postures.

1 to 1 yoga Lessons

Ideal if you are shy about group classes, or have particular health concerns. Or if your busy schedule demands it.

Learn the building blocks of meditation & breathwork (pranayama) in a friendly, no-pressure environment.

Pranayama Breathwork

The fastest way to bring the nervous system into balance and help restore calm. Can also raise energy too.

Yoga Nidra

Deep rest guided meditation. Simply lie down and rest in comfort as we guide you through this restoring practice.

Retreat Days

Treat yourself to the luxury of a full day of practice and feel as refreshed as if you’ve had a holiday.
