Hello, I’m Sam. I teach yoga and meditation in a way that’s gentle, honest and down-to-earth.
My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, accessible meditation techniques, and Yoga Nidra — a rare and deeply restorative practice I’m specially trained in.
